Morse Enterprises was built from a family tradition of construction. Ian Morse comes from a long line of contractors and builders. His grandfather, uncle, and cousins are all part of the same profession. After spending many years working for family businesses, Ian returned to Southeastern Virginia in 2001 and began Morse Enterprises. Ian’s philosophy is straightforward: deliver a high-quality product at a fair price, supported by exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail. Every home, job, and project receives the same level of care and passion. We have carefully assembled a trusted team of skilled subcontractors alongside our own experienced crew, all of whom bring superior craftsmanship to every project. With the experience, resources, and equipment to work efficiently, Morse Enterprises completes projects promptly while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

When he isn't hard at work, Ian can be found spending quality time with his lovely wife Kristin and their kids Maddie, Annalise, Franklin, and Ansley. Family is everything to him and a cornerstone that he continues to build his business and reputation on. A United States Coast Guard veteran and an avid sailor, Ian also spends any time he can sailing around the beautiful Chesapeake Bay area he calls home.
